Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery cost

We charge a flat rate of R100 per order for delivery anywhere in South Africa, no matter how many items you order or where you are.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across South Africa. We do not currently ship outside South Africa.

Our couriers

Orders are delivered by Fastway or The Courier Guy, depending on your province – we use whichever gives the fastest, most reliable service to your area.

Delivery times

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Main centres are usually quicker; outlying and rural areas can take a little longer. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number and the courier's name, so you can follow your delivery online.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos, and we'll sort it out. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act – see our Returns & Refund Policy.
